Nashville Limo Service Terms and Conditions

--> All deposits are NON-refundable according to our limo rental policy. Trips booked for three (3) hours or greater as directed service require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. 

If any cancellation applies for less than 24 hours, your credit card will be charged whether you use the services or not. 

--> The company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $1000.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee of $350.00 applies. 

--> Any drug use is prohibited by law, and any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof, and smoking is not permitted in our limousines. 

--> Overtime and wait time pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. 

--> We are not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.). 

--> We are not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 

--> Balances must be paid on the trip date before the beginning of the trip. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 

::: CANCELLATION POLICY ::: 

Reservations that are canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time will be refunded only 50% of the total. Long-distance trips that exceed 75 miles and are canceled within 24 hours prior to the pickup time will be fully charged. International pickups require cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup. These policies vary by area of service and pickup location and may change subject to special events. 

Due to high vehicle demand, reservations for some special events, including but not limited to holidays, large conventions, and prom services, cannot be canceled and are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated in your trip confirmation. 

--> RATES: 

Flat rates are based on transfers only. If additional stops are added, the applicable hourly rates and minimums will apply. Any applicable parking, tolls, or other incidental charges will be added to the invoice total.
